Bryan & Brandon Schonheiter were raised in Milford, NJ and graduated from Delaware Valley Regional High School. They learned the art of butchery from their father and through their culinary career paths. Now, they’re ready to offer the community a family-run butcher shop that specializes in local whole animal proteins.

Does the name sound familiar? You may have already met them at The Little York Restaurant, where they both work to produce Hunterdon County’s best burgers & steak. Bryan’s wife, Carly, is the face of the operation. She enjoys greeting the regulars and first-timers alike, ensuring that everyone enjoys the true “Little York experience”.

As a team, we pledge to bring to your dinner table something that is “from your neighbors, for your neighbors”.

  • Stirberg Family Farms

    HOLLAND TOWNSHIP, NJ

    Carly’s family is proud to be raising Black Angus Beef, less than 10 minutes away from the butcher shop! When they’re not busy tending to the lamb and chickens, the Stirbergs will also be busy trimming their Christmas trees on the farm.

  • Roaming Acres

    LAFAYETTE, NJ

    Berkshire Pigs are raised on this family-run farm; boasting an 100% vegetarian diet. Roaming Acres is a family farm where the pigs are free to roam!

  • Gerhard Farms

    KEMPTON, PA

    Kurt & Alyssa raise Angus, Hereford, and Simmental cattle that are personally cared for by their family. The cattle are free of both hormones and antibiotics.

  • Terraceland Farms

    RINGOES, NJ

    The first River-Friendly farm in New Jersey! The farm implements many conservation practices to protect water quality including terraces, from which the farm’s named is derived.  

  • Bell & Evans Chicken

    FREDERICKSBURG, PA

    Committed to raising their chickens in a clean & stress-free environment, these chickens are also free of antibiotics!
